Work Experience

Harvard Business School

Boston, MA

I’ve learned a lot and appreciate my experiences at HBS. The role challenged me, pushed me outside my comfort zone, and taught me to be resilient. In a short two years, I have come a long way and can reflect on my accomplishments with great pride. For all the wonderful people I have met along the way, thank you for all of your guidance and support!

In the short span of 18 months, our small team in the TOM (Technology and Operations Management) unit launched our Data Science for Managers course in the required curriculum for 950 first-year MBAs. To keep the course relevant and engaging, the team had to be agile and flexible with materials and integrate emerging technologies that would soon redefine business and our education pedagogy. For a comprehensive managerial course on applied data science, we developed unique business cases, Jupyter notebooks, simulations, and teaching guides to cover content across 12 classes. This core course in applied data science wasn’t just a response to the evolving demands of the global market; it was a bold step towards ensuring the Harvard MBA program remains at the forefront of academic excellence and relevance.

My involvement didn’t stop there. I was fortunate to work alongside some of the best thought leaders in AI impact at the D^3 Institute. From probing complex problems in trust and AI adoption to evaluating the impact of generative AI on workforce productivity, the researchers and faculty pushed me to challenge my beliefs and explore new possibilities. To me, this wasn’t merely academic exploration; it was about charting new territories in the application of AI, contributing to a framework that redefines problem-solving in the digital age. With my supportive colleagues, I’ve co-wrote and assisted in several published works (view them here).

As I embark on this new chapter, I am fueled by a vision to delve deeper into the intersections of data science, technology management, and academic innovation. My journey is one of relentless inquiry and seek to contribute to high-impact projects that not only prepare future leaders but also drive forward the conversations on data literacy, technological adaptation, and sustainable business practices. For those who share this passion for transformative education, technological innovation, and data-driven decision-making, I am open to exchanging ideas and exploring synergies. Let’s connect on LinkedIn to discuss how we can shape the future of business.

Myers-Holum Inc.

New York, NY

This was a time and a role that I look fondly back upon. My colleagues at MHI are some of the most humble, hard-working, and creative people I worked with. Working alongside experienced consultants building out innovative solutions that digitally transformed our client’s businesses was an opportunity for growth I’m always thankful for. I’ve built so many great relationships with my colleagues in the office as well as our partners across the country.

At Myers-Holum I’ve developed project management skills as well as deepened my understanding of technological solutions in business contexts. Each clients had unique cloud implementation needs, and learning to be a process owner for the different business units (ie. warehouse management, CRM, data migration, etc.) allowed me to design tailored solutions to solve complex challenges.

My role was characterized by deep collaboration with senior consultants and subject matter experts, where together we crafted and executed change management strategies for C-level executives. Through the optimization of workflows, customization of NetSuite functionalities, and integration of critical third-party applications, we propelled operational efficiencies and supported successful digital transformations throughout the organization. These experiences have taught me important communication and leadership skills and equipped me with the insights to communicate technological and operational capabilities to end users.

As a business analyst, I assisted with software integrations and oversaw data migrations across various business units. These projects bridged technology with business strategy. My journey at Myers-Holum is a testament to the power of partnership, precision, and forward thinking in the consulting domain.

Education

University of Michigan
Ross School of Business

Ann Arbor, MI

Michigan presented unprecedented scale and diversity of opportunity. My four years of phenomenal professors across the disciplines pushed me to expand, challenge, and adjust my worldview.

When I reflect on my college experience, so many emotions resurface. From the immense imposter syndrome I experienced scrolling through social media while sitting on my lofted bed in my tiny little Mary Markley dorm room, to the euphoric moments standing in the Big House presenting with a team of brilliant students at the Sanger Leadership Crisis Challenge. As a student, I would often look toward graduation day, but as the day approached, I, like many of my peers, wished that our uni days would go on forever.

I’m so grateful for my experiences at the university as well as in the business program. My instructors are still some of the people I admire the most and the classmates I’ve met at UMich are many of my most important relationships.

Michigan has opened so many opportunities for me and the spirit of the alumni lives within me. UMich showed me what I love to do, gifted me with a love for learning, and surrounded me with a wealth of inspiring peers.
