About me

I am a business professional based in New York, who's excited about using modern tech to transform business leadership.

Life-long learner
& AI enthusiast

I am an adventurer. I love exploring uncharted problems and working in teams to experiment with creative solutions. I am unbelievably fortunate to always be surrounded by passionate and supportive thought leaders who challenge me to be bold and think outside the box. As a solutions consultant at Myer Holum, I built a curiosity for change management adoption strategies. I am so thankful to my mentors who supported my curiosity and encouraged me to explore questions on the psychology of change adoption at Harvard.

At Harvard, I thrived in uncertainty and enjoyed every moment of intellectual inquisitiveness. Here I was challenged to use tools I’ve never even heard of before to build systems to test our hypotheses. I worked with teams that challenged preconceived archetypes of business. HBS showed me that there is more to technology and more to business than any number of cases and textbooks I could read in my 4 years of business school.

My passion for educating others about AI brought me to the AI Product Academy. At the Academy, I had the opportunity to work side by side with my AI role model, Marily Nika. She showed me the ropes to being an influential AI thought leader, and what it means to build and AI product. Working alongside Marily was an unbelievable time in my journey. It transformed how I see the future. This experience showed me my calling. I’m eager and excited to show the world what AI can do for the world and why this change will be exciting!

2024-Present

AI Product Management Academy
Internship

Product Manager

I recently had the opportunity to lead a major expansion at our academy, where we introduced new AI content to the course. It was thrilling to see series of iterative improvements sparked a 20% jump in user engagement and helped 10% more learners cross the finish line. Part of my priority for growing the business included audience outreach. Brainstorming unique online content and targeted network outreach helped us boost course registration by 12%.

2022-2024

Harvard Business School
Full-time

Data Scientist & Research Associate

In the short span of 18 months, our small team in the TOM (Technology and Operations Management) unit launched Data Science for Managers in the required curriculum for 950 first-year MBAs. To keep the course relevant and engaging, being flexible with materials was a challenge we faced every day. This course was a bold step towards educating future leaders about impacts of leading with data. My involvement didn't stop there. I was fortunate to work alongside some of the best thought leaders in AI impact at the D^3 Institute. From probing complex problems in trust and AI adoption to evaluating the impact of generative AI on workforce productivity, the researchers and faculty pushed me to challenge my beliefs and explore new possibilities. To me, this wasn't merely academic exploration; it was charting new territories in the application of AI, contributing to a framework that redefines problem-solving in the digital age. With my supportive colleagues, I've co-wrote and assisted in several published works.

2021-2022

Myers-Holum, Inc.
Full-time

Technical Solutions Consultant -- AI/Cloud

At Myers-Holum I developed project management skills and deepened my understanding of technological solutions in business contexts. Each client had unique cloud implementation needs, and learning to be a process owner for the different business units (ie. warehouse management, CRM, data migration, etc.) allowed me to design tailored solutions to solve complex challenges. My role was characterized by deep collaboration with senior consultants and subject matter experts, where together we crafted and executed change management strategies for executives.

2020-2021

PTM Therapeutics
Senior Practicum

User/Market Researcher

I was a part of an exhilarating project researching Crohn’s disease treatments. Our goal was to pave the way for a potential $5 million seed investment by sizing up the market and pinpointing emerging opportunities. Gathering patient testimonies and dissecting market trends, particularly around epithelial wound healing, gave us a clear view of the landscape and led us to identify a whopping $10 billion market opportunity in glycan-targeting antibody treatments! Leading a team of sharp analysts through this complex therapeutic research was a profound learning and bonding experience. Together, we navigated the high-pressure stakes of investment valuation, and I focused on fostering a supportive and motivating team atmosphere. This not only boosted our morale but also enhanced our output, strengthening our relationships with clients and investors. It was a challenge that brought out the best in us, and I'm proud of what we accomplished together.

2019-2019

Zhejiang Geely Holding Group
Internship

Financial Analyst

Having the opportunity to work in a foreign country is an experience like non-other. Being a financial analyst at Geely gave me a front-row seat to the fast-paced world of electric vehicles. In this role, I consolidated the finances of Geely UK's Electric Vehicle Company to align with Chinese Accounting Standards, diving deep into monthly finances, management reports, forecasts, and contracts. It was a complex puzzle that sharpened my analytical skills immensely. I also had the thrilling opportunity to present to the Geely Commercial Vehicle executive team. My presentations detailed the benefits, risks, and proposed next steps for a strategic capital liquidity action aimed at supporting a $20M capital turnover project. Additionally, I managed significant financial transactions, filing $2M in financing to suppliers and overseeing bank contract quotas and debt accounts totaling $33M for the fiscal year. This experience not only deepened my expertise in finance but also reinforced the critical impact of meticulous financial management in the high-stakes automotive industry.
